There are few constants in life. You know, the kind of thing you can rely on from week to week. Seitokai Yakuindomo* is one such constant. Each week it brings a smile to our face and a swelling to our groin. Forgive me, that was rude. Possibly a moistening as well.
Given this is Seitokai Yakuindomo* we are discussing it would not feel right if I did not include a couple of perverse jokes. You can expect more. If that bothers you then you probably do not watch this show and have little reason to read this. You should be thanking me for saving your time.
Hata is devastated at the prospect of people not watching Seitokai Yakuindomo*.
With the introduction of Uomi from Eiryou High School my interest in this series has skyrocketed. Now, given that she is from another school we can not expect her to appear in every episode. That just makes her appearances all the more special. With Uomi in the picture I can really see a love triangle forming around Tsuda. While a threesome is the most obvious answer I get the feeling that Shino would not be all that interested in sharing.
Considering how this episode ended it is rather safe to say that Shino will confess her feeling to Tsuda in some shape or form by the end of this season. I can not help but feel the introduction of a similar Student Council President all but confirms it. This troubles me slightly because the best girl, Mutsumi, clearly deserves Tsuda’s affection. Woe is the fate of being a supporting cast member.
Hata is always watching so be sure to give her a good performance.
You might have noticed that Hata has taken somewhat of a spotlight in this post. You are probably thinking, mirroring my own thoughts, that there has been a disgusting lack of mention of Hata so far. I apologize, I had to ramble on about those supporting cast members before mentioning the real star of the show. Let me tell you, the best move GoHands has made so far is having Hata open every episode. It really sets the mood for the remaining twenty minutes. Her greatness tends to linger, you know?
A good education, nobility, and purity!
When I first heard that we were going to have a full sequel to Seitokai Yakuindomo I broke down and wept. It was like a wet-dream come true minus the stained underwear. I have always been cautiously optimistic so it was quite worrying waiting for the first episode. I can now say with absolute confidence that Seitokai Yakuindomo* is a wonderful addition to the series. I am quite excited to see what kind of shenanigans the Student Council will get into next week.
